Classes are available to all levels and for all abilities. Each class lasts for approximately one hour and class sizes are limited to six participants. There is a short period of relaxation at the end of each class. Clothing should stretch or be loose fitting.
Your posture can be more easily assessed if you wear leggings (shorts for men) and a t-shirt. Socks are the only footwear worn during classes.
The beginners’ course lasts for six weeks, giving the beginner an opportunity to grasp the fundamental aspects of the method and an appreciation of how quickly benefits can be felt. This course is to be paid for in full before it begins. All other courses run for blocks of about six weeks.

Studio sessions are open to mat work or private clients who have achieved sufficient core strength and wish to train at a higher level or wish to focus on specific areas of their body. These classes use the larger pieces of studio equipment such as The Reformer, which add a new dimension to the mat work routine.
Sessions can be used to supplement your regular class or as a weekly workout on it's own. A maximum of three clients share this class, which lasts for one and a half hours.

Private sessions with Emma Lee are highly recommended to those who have postural difficulties and those in pain. Your needs can more readily be met when working alone.
A full postural assessment will be given and your personal profile will be regularly updated to assess your progress with the technique. These sessions would also enable you to join a class when you are ready. This may take between four to eight sessions and is ideally performed on a weekly basis.
